Black History Meet Up & Read Up
The Snowden Community Civic Association presents a "Black History Showcase" Pop-Up Shop on Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 11am - 4pm.
FYI: (FRIENDLY COMPLETITIONs: 1. Enter your Community in our Table/Tent contest. Select a theme that promotes and reflects family friendly fun. 2. Snowden Families, enter you Family in our Table/Tent contest. Select a theme that promotes and reflects family friendly and/or your family history too. Organizations are welcome to participate as well.
FYI: Blood Drive
Sign-up below to donate blood. Forty (40) plus people MUST register to donate blood before March 16th so the Blood Connection will be present at the event.
SET-UP:
Please arrive between the hours of 9:30 and 10:30 to set-up (bring your tables, chairs, tent with tiedowns, etc.) and be ready to receive customers by 11:00. Spaces [ 10 x 10 ] will be assigned only after the receipt of your application and vendor fee. Spaces are first come first served. Within a few days of the event you will be notified of your booth assignment.
***Please make sure payments are received by March 19, 2022 to ensure a space.
New vendors or late applicants may need to be placed on a waiting list. Spots will fill up fast. Your payment secures your spot.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that life happens. So in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible! We will give you a credit that you may use at our next event.
ADVERTISEMENT:
We will be using social media outlets (Facebook primarily (An Event will be created to invite guests))
to feature our vendors. Once you have paid, we will promote you on Social Media. Please make sure you share the Event (you will be tagged in it) with your friends and family on Facebook. Again, share, share, share! That is how we will get the word out!!!!
