BAADS Member Racing Expense Reimbursement application form
BAADS seeks to make all aspects of sailing accessible. This policy is meant to make racing more accessible to BAADS members by providing a limited amount of funding for racing-related expenses. Any BAADS member in good standing can apply to be reimbursed for expenses related to competing in a regatta.
Expenses related to competing in a regatta include entry fees, charter fees, and travel expenses.
There is an annual limit of up to $300 per BAADS member.
The BAADS member must apply for any financial assistance available through the regatta.
To apply, the BAADS member must complete the application below.
The BAADS Racing Director has discretion to approve reimbursement requests made under this policy, except if the BAADS member making the request is a BAADS Board Member, in which case the BAADS Board (except the applicant) must vote to approve the request.
