Joining the Escarpment Madness runners team is the best decision you made, well the run is just awesome. Be sure to tell us if it was madness or bliss at the finish point. You will be choosing from three options, either way you are in for a run of your life. The courses include the 10km and 20Km road Run and the 30Km mixed Trail and road run. All the road runs are done on farm access roads in a very low population area so no need to worry about motorbikes and vehicles, there are bigger things to worry about !
