I understand that everyone coming into Hauppauge HS must follow the school district guidance on mask wearing and social distancing. At this time all must wear masks over the age of 2 and sit 3 feet from other groups. Swimmers need to wear their mask on desk but do not have to wear it in the water. *

By checking the box below you confirm that your registration is not complete until payment is received on the first day that swim lessons are available. At this time we are unsure if they will be offered. The earliest dates will be mid October. Payment is to be made to Hauppauge Swim in the form of a check or money order. If you have questions please call the swim office 631.761.8290 Saturdays only when the program is in session from 9am-11am and 12pm-2:45pm. *
