Elections Director 2022 - 2023 Application
Hello Highlanders!

Thank you for your interest in applying to become the Elections Director.

We are reopening the application for the position of Elections Director to fairly allow as many qualified students to apply as possible. If you have already applied to be Elections Director for the 2022-2023 term in one of our previous application openings, we still have your application on file and will be considering it along with others.

A description of the roles and responsibilities of the Elections Director can be found in the Elections bylaws linked below. We recommend you read and review the bylaws before completing your application:

Applications are DUE on Friday, November 4th @ 11:59 p.m. PST.


Following the application period, all candidates selected by the Judicial Council will be invited to an interview with the council on a rolling basis. Applicants will be notified of their candidacy Tuesday afternoon.  Upon nomination by the council you will appear before Senate for ratification during a weekly Wednesday Senate Meeting at 6:30 p.m. November 9th.

Do you meet the minimum qualifications?

Qualifications:
1) Does not currently hold another ASUCR position.
2) Must currently have a grade point average of 2.5 out of a 4.0 scale. Applicant must also maintain their GPA throughout their term in office.
3) Currently has and maintains full-time student status (12+ Units) for the duration of their term.
4) Currently registered as a full-time student with a minimum of two quarters at UC Riverside
