Dust outside of the building.
Weed among rocks, pavers, NW fence, curb, sidewalks.
Wash ballroom windows, inside and out.
Trash pick up of the entire Avalon property.
Sweep curbs along the parking lot and 62nd street.
Patrol parking lot for trash/gum and remove.
Clean tables of gum/unsightly dirt and clean. Check and secure folding legs.
Create and maintain signage inside the Avalon.

Clean/dry modular floor tiles. Clean and paint backs of modular floor tiles as needed.
Troubleshoot outside lawn sprinklers.
Dust fabric hanging from the ceiling in the main ballroom.
