**PLEASE NOTE:
If the classes are cancelled due to County or State mandates, you will have the option to move into an online class, roll over to a future in-person session, or request a refund. In addition, per State and County-Mandated COVID-19 protocols, the following procedures will be enforced for all classes with NO exceptions:
*A liability waiver is included at the bottom of this registration form and must be signed by the parent/guardian attending classes.
*Before you leave home: Please do a quick self-assessment and stay home if you or anyone living in your home is showing any one of these symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, other respiratory symptoms or any of these symptoms: chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. Also, please stay home if you or anyone you’ve been in close contact with has been exposed to COVID-19.
WHAT TO BRING: The only thing we’ll share is our love for making music! Please bring your own blanket or towel and plan to set up your space a minimum of 6 feet apart from the next family. Toddlers will naturally want to move around, so adults are asked to be proactive in guiding your child away from other participating families. If a family is having difficulty with distancing guidelines, a partial credit may be given for a future enrollment when regulations become less strict. For outdoor classes, you will also want sunscreen, hats and water bottles.
INSTRUMENTS: If you purchase an instrument kit, it will be available at the first class.
If you are not purchasing a ChIMES instrument kit, you’ll want to be equipped with something to shake, something to click, and something flowy. You will be notified every week prior to class if other instruments (such as drums) are needed for a particular class.
ChIMES Outdoors comes with weather obstacles beyond our control. Classes will take place unless it's raining, the ground is too wet, or the heat is too extreme. If we are unable to meet outside, we will meet via Zoom at the same time as your regularly scheduled class. Families will be notified of weather-related changes via email/text at least 2 hours in advance.
Online Privacy: We take online privacy and security very seriously. We will be conducting our ChIMES@Home live classes via Zoom and all registered families will receive a copy of our Zoom policies, as well as helpful tips, to ensure a safe and enjoyable online experience.
