·Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
·Please complete the attached registration form and return as indicated with fee. Deadline for registration is no later than Monday, June 17, 2024. Fee is non-refundable.
·FEES: $150.00 for Food/Commercial Vendors and $50.00 for
Craft/Specialty/Civic Vendors.
·Confirmation of booth assignments will be emailed no later than Friday, June 21,
2024.
·Food vendor sites will be determined based on the size of the truck/trailer. Each
site is 18’ in depth.
·No water or electrical supply will be provided.
·ALL VENDORS WITH A TRAILER OR TENT WITH SIDE WALLS must inform town code compliance officials prior to the event by calling the Town of Culpeper Zoning
Inspector, Gary Cole, at (540) 829-8260. There is no additional charge for
registering this information, but it is MANDATORY.
·HEALTH PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED WITH ALL FOOD VENDORS. A COPY MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION.
·THE TOWN OF CULPEPER LEVIES A 6% MEALS TAX ON ALL PREPARED FOOD
AND BEVERAGES SERVED IN TOWN LIMITS. A MEALS TAX REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION.
The Culpeper 4th of July Festival Committee reserves the right to refuse any vendor.
