Elevate Application Form - Mentee
This form must be completed in-full to be considered for a place on the Elevate Mentorship Scheme.

To be eligible for a place on the scheme you must:

- Be a person of colour
- Must work within hospitality, food or drink
- Have joined the Be Inclusive Hospitality community
- Be available to take part in a 20 minute interview.

We have 45 places on the scheme, so not everyone will get a place. Matching will be based upon mentor/mentee suitability and the answers provided below and at your interview.

As a mentee on this scheme will be require you to agree to our code of conduct, and share your experience throughout and after the scheme ends.  If you would like to view this in advance, please get in touch - contact@bihospitality.co.uk
