Should the league have referees?

Some research shows that players better self regulate when referees are not present. Also, having no referees would reduce registration fees.

How should we discourage dirty play and trash talk?

We should make it a noncontact league. All contact should be considered a foul.

We should allow contact but give a yellow card for all fouls and trash talk.

When a player fouls or talks trash, he should be sent off the field for two minutes (while his team plays down a player)..

We should play normal rules but make it clear to everyone that dirty play and trash talk are not tolerated in this league.

We don't need coaches. The players can run the teams.
