Please complete this form if you are interested in becoming an OLLI Scholar. You will be contacted by the OLLI office or an OLLI volunteer course leader after your submission is received. This form is due by May 31, 2020 for Academic Year 2020-2021.

Term Dates for 2020-2021. All terms are 7 weeks long:

Fall: Oct. 5 - Nov. 20, 2020

Winter:   Jan. 4 - Feb. 19, 2021

2) You may be invited to complete a full Course Proposal Form.

3) If you are selected to complete a Course Proposal Form, one will be sent to you via email.

4) You will be notified of the Committee's decision around July 2, 2020.
