Twenty Twenty Tree - 2023 tree planting volunteering
Please fill out this form if you'd like to get involved with Green Hustle's biggest ever tree planting project, in partnership with Tree for Cities and Nottingham City Council, with support from Nottingham Open Spaces Forum. Our Twenty Twenty Tree project will see 2,150 trees planted across three locations across Nottingham:

Please note that Saturday 2nd December planting at Amesbury Circus has been postponed due to -4C temperatures, which impacts tree survival!*
🌳 Amesbury Circus, Aspley - Sunday 10 December *new date*
🌻Bulwell Hall Park - Friday 15 & Saturday 16 December

Please refer to the form below for times & dates, and further information about tree-planting.

We ask all budding planters to provide the following information, so that we can get you set up and organised, and make this as fun and easy as possible!

Sites are generally accessible and reachable by public transport, but we'll release more site-specific details as we organise each one. Equipment will be provided by the City Council Parks and Open spaces team, although you're welcome to bring your own shovel. You're recommended to wear sturdy footwear and weather appropriate clothing.

Why do we need this?

As part of our funding and green initiative policy, we ask that volunteers submit the postcode to which they live so we can assess the data collected. By analysing where our volunteers are coming from, we can look to improve our reach of communication within local communities and inclusivity ethos. All information is kept confidential and only accessed by the Green Hustle Volunteer Team.
Please let us know which location[s] you want to help at - you may select more than one option.

Tree-planting will take place from 10am onwards at each session.

Dates and locations are outlined below.

Please note Saturday 2 December planting has been moved to Sunday 10 December due to cold weather.
