Program Details

Referral Amount: $500 for Referrer/Ambassador | $250 for Referral/Candidate

Our candidate referrals program is not applicable to: Corp to Corp, active candidates or those currently on payroll, candidate interviewed or submitted within last 6 months, and client employees.

Payout terms: The referral payout is earned 90 days after the start date of the referral's placement. Referral payout is earned after 90 days of billing, and payment will be processed the last week of the month following when the referral is earned. Bonuses are subject to approval after placement, a minimum term, and/or assignment completion.

For example, if the candidate’s start date is 2/4/2024, the referral bonus is earned on 5/4/2024 and paid out the last week of June 2024. The payment will be made via a check, not via payroll. A 1099-MISC will be sent at the end of the year for all referral payments received in the year.
