Title: Developing Allies in the Academy: Identity, Belonging Action

In this workshop we will explore identity and belonging in the academy to foreground our discussion on developing allies in the institution. In addition to defining what is an ally, we will discuss ways of receiving and offering effective support in the academy. It will include being allies to students and/or other faculty or staff members.
