Interested NEW Vendors: Please fill out the form below to be placed on the distribution list (this is NOT an application). The Clinton Farmers' Market will open on Thursday, June 5th, 2025 from 10 am - 4 pm and runs until Thursday, October 2nd . We have limited space for new vendors to the market in 2025. Applications to NEW interested vendors will be emailed out on or after March 31st with priority given to growers, producers, and farmers. Before you submit, please review the bullet points below.
The following items can be sold at the Clinton Farmers' Market:
- Produce, honey, cider (must be pasteurized), maple syrup, eggs, baked goods (must be wrapped or placed in paper or plastic or sold out of an enclosed showcase), candy, meats, cheese, home-made canned goods, cut flowers, and plants. All the items listed must be baked, raised, made and/or grown by the vendor.
- Arts, crafts and merchandise must be made by the vendor. Vendors cannot purchase items solely for resale.
- If accepted, vendors must have copies of all required licenses/permits based on the nature of the product(s) sold. Click here for a checklist of Permits/Licenses/ Certificates Required for Farmers' Market Sellers.
- All vendors must carry a liability policy ($1,000,000 minimum) listing the “Village of Clinton” and the “Clinton Chamber of Commerce” as additionally insured. This policy must be current and in effect for the duration of their participation in the Clinton Farmers' Market.
Applications are sent out to all returning vendors first with a submission deadline. Depending on the number of vendors returning, the number of new vendors spots will be determined.
Applications to NEW interested vendors will be emailed out on or after March 31st with priority given to growers, producers and farmers. The full Clinton Farmers' Market Rules and Regulations will be included in the application packet.
