Location: Vicki Tree Studio (Line 5 N Horseshoe Valley)
Cost: $84 +hst ($95)

CLASS OPTIONS:
A. Thursday Noon OR
B. Thursday Evening 6pm - 7pm

DESCRIPTION OF EACH CLASS:
We will be snowshoeing for 55 minutes. You need your own snowshoes and poles (if desired). We will start from Vicki Tree Studio each week. The evening group needs a STRONG headlamp. We split into three groups depending on your "pace" that evening. No need to worry - something for everyone.

All levels. The main goal is to get outside and sweat it out with other like minded people in the safety of a group. F - U - N.

** there is an option to come for 5/7 nights of the session if you let us know in advance the dates you are away before the session starts. This option is $60+hst ($67.80). Use the CODE SNOW2023 when making payment.

Fair: I do not really do any cardio

Fair/Good: I do not do cardio regularly but I am active (garden, walk often, house chores and so forth)

Good: I do cardio (eg. jog, bike, ski) at least two times a week and get my heart rate up for more than 20 min

Very Good: I do cardio at least three times a week and get my heart rate up for more than 30 minutes

Excellent - I do cardio regularly (at least 3 times a week) consistently for over a year
