I understand I owe a $200 deposit to hold my place. This $200 will go toward my purchase. After completing this form and sending my deposit, if my estimated order cost is OVER the $200 deposit price, I will owe roughly 50% of *projected* material cost upfront. (this is an estimated 50%,  final price breakdown calculated at the gem show. This will be added to the final cost. If your stones are not located at the gem shows, you will be refunded completely.) *
I understand the depost request will come to my email as an invoice from Merkababe Designs and I'll need to complete it promptly. Failure to do so means no crystals for me. *
I understand I will also be expected to pay the remainder of the material cost, along with tax, and shipping before receiving my stones. *
