2024 Summer Institute Registration

In order to continue meeting the diverse needs of teachers across Montana, the 2024 Summer Institute will be a combination of in-person and virtual instruction. Our instructors are working hard to be sure that our courses continue to be the rigorous and successful professional development that you have come to know and love from the GTCC.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Each 2-day course will schedule (between 8:30 AM - Noon and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM daily) lecture and group work times, breaks, lunch, etc. All participants must be present for the duration of both days, all day. Partial credit will not be given.
  • Please make sure you register with an email address that is accessible to you during summer. This allows instructors to communicate before the course date.

  • Your best chance to reserve a spot is to register early and submit payment online. If courses do not have at least 10 participants by May 22nd, the course will be canceled and participants will be refunded their registration fees.

  • Purchase orders are accepted as payment when a purchase order number is included. If you do not have a PO#, contact Brianna.

  • All online courses will require full and active participation with a computer or laptop with audio and video functions; Zoom links will be sent to your registration email, 24 hours prior to the course.

REGISTRATION POLICY:
REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT ONLY! Upon registration, you will be redirected to pay securely online using PayPal, Venmo, or your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be submitted before May 17, 2024, to Brianna by email, brianna@gtccmt.org or by phone (406)434-2745. Based on course availability; registration transfers may be permitted. No refunds will be given for no-shows. No partial credit will be given. You or your school district will be invoiced for outstanding balances. 

REFUND POLICY:
NO refunds after May 17, 2024. If a course is full before payment is received, you will be refunded.

REGISTRATION & FEES:
Registration: fees of $45 (members) & $110 (non-members) is paid in advance at registration. Any participants wanting to forgo renewal units can take the course for college credit (additional fee); follow directions below:

COLLEGE CREDIT:

  • Virtual: any participant wanting to forgo renewal units and purchase ($150) college credit must handle payment & application with Brianna before the course begins.
  • In-Person: any participant wanting to forgo renewal units and purchase ($150) college credit will handle payment and paperwork at the course.

  • MSU-Northern processes all college credit payments AFTER the conclusion of each 2-day course.
