The form is to be filled out if you cannot attend our Registration night on Monday, 5 February. Please pick the following classes you would like to enrol into for 2024!

First lesson back for 2024 please bring your Registration form printed and filled out along with your $60 cash registration payment. Fees can be paid for your classes either weekly, monthly or by the term. If by the term it must be paid by Week 2 of each Term.
