My Public Event at EMPAC
Our commitment to making events here at EMPAC a success is of utmost importance.
To be included in the EMPAC events calendar on our website:

  • Your event MUST be entered into the campus calendar 
  • To facilitate this contact your department, school, or union calendar administrator, or .CIO.
  • tag it “Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center, Open to Public” 
THEN
  • Complete this form at least 10 working days before your event. 
NOTE: Your public event will not be added to EMPAC’s web calendar without a link to a campus calendar event. We will edit submissions for house style and content guidelines.

Image Resolution should be at least 2000px wide @72dpi if possible and a horizontal format is preferred.
Please DO NOT SEND IMAGES VIA EMAIL as they will be lost.

We cannot update your image so make sure this is the one you would like to use. We will edit image to meet guidelines.
