Rock U. is pleased to offer private lessons at our studio in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower and online! Lessons are perfect for Rock U. band students who are looking for more than just a band experience, or who are wanting a little extra help learning their parts for their upcoming concert. Lessons are also great for anyone who is ready to start learning an instrument or improve their playing (i.e., adults or kids not enrolled in band).

Schedule:
Weekly private lessons follow the Rock U. youth band trimester periods and the Paris Zone C school calendar. For your reference, here is the
Rock U. 2023-2024 calendar. Lessons can be scheduled outside these periods, subject to the instructor’s availability. In addition to weekly lessons, Rock U. also offers single or ad-hoc lessons. Please indicate your request in the form below.

Unlike traditional music schools or private teachers, we don’t require a weekly or long-term commitment from our students. We encourage beginners and advanced musicians alike to explore new instruments and techniques with help from an experienced musician and teacher.

Rock U. instructors understand the mission and methods of Rock U., and work closely with the Dean and band instructors to help students improve their fundamentals and learn more advanced techniques.
Instruments:
Rock U. provides the lesson space and most of the instruments (guitar, bass, ukulele, drums, keyboards, microphones and more).
