Middletown South PFA Teacher Grant Application 2022-2023
Dear PFA Member,

We would like to thank you for joining the PFA.  As a faculty member of the PFA you are eligible to apply for a teacher grant.  This year we have approximately $1,200  in our budget earmarked for this program.  Last year we were able to award mulitple grants, and look forward to continuing this program to help bring new and exciting enrichment material to HS South.
Please remember that we can only consider your grant AFTER it has been submitted and denied through the building base budget.  
In order for the PFA to consider this grant, please complete this form by February 12, 2023.  It will go to NEED A PERSON FOR THIS for review.  Please include all pertinent information, this includes fees for taxes, shipping and handing, etc.
