Tap & Modern Exam application form

There will be an ISTD Tap & Modern exam session on Sunday 12th November held at Encore Dance Academy, Werrington Leisure Centre, Staniland Way, Peterborough PE4 6JT NOT at WSD Studios! Exam dates have been confirmed by the ISTD. 

Candidates are expected to attend ALL the pre-exam classes as set out on the extra coaching timetable on the Welland website. These classes are essential for pupils to familiarise themselves with exam format and etiquette. A charge of £7.50 per class is made and is included in the total exam fee. Exam sessions are non profit making and all charges are to cover costs only.

Compulsory pre-exam classes with Miss Jen are at:
Welland School of Dancing studios on Wednesday 18th October and Sunday 5th November
Encore Dance Academy on  Saturday 11th November

Please remember that exams are not compulsory. Your child can just move up to the next grade if preferred. If you know that they will miss either normal class or extra lessons please do not enter them for the exam. If they do not reach the required standard they will be withdrawn.

Photo ID is required for Grade 6 and above. Please bring in a photocopy of your child's passport page to your Tap/Modern class.

We need the application form back by Saturday 14th October. Fees can be paid by Saturday 28th October as we appreciate it is short notice. Please make payment of the relevant fee by bank transfer (Please see HSBC Welland School of Dancing business banking account details below) by DATE. Applications received after DATE cannot be accepted. Payment of exam fees by instalments can be arranged if needed, please contact us.
