With the worldwide synod called by Pope Francis, Bishop McGrattan is calling all the faithful in the Diocese of Calgary to join local synodal gatherings to become a listening Church and a Church of closeness where all can experience being at home and participate in building the Kingdom of God.

Here at Sacred Heart Parish, we invite you to join one of the following listening sessions where we come together to pray, hear the Word of God, and participate in a small-group discussion on the topic of journeying together as a Church.

Each of the following sessions will be about two hours long and will be held in the basement hall. Please note that food will not be served — if you plan to attend the Saturday, March 26 evening session, you can pack a snack if you choose. Also, those unable to make it in-person and are familiar with ZOOM are encouraged to join one of the online listening sessions.
