Peer Ministry Interest Form
The Concord-Carlisle Catholic Collaborative needs teen leaders to guide and shape our youth ministry and to serve the Church. Anyone in Grades 9-12 is welcome to apply to be a Peer Minister through this interest form - both those who have received Confirmation, as well as those who have not yet received Confirmation. You are ready to take a step of faith. Now is the time!

Potential Peer Ministers are expected to have a conversation either by Zoom with a parent at the teen's end, or in-person - about the teen's interest and availability.

Generally teens who show an interest in Peer Ministry are welcomed to the team. The main purpose for the conversation is to clarify expectations so the teen and family know what is expected of the commitment of being a Peer Minister.

Note on teen email and phone number - minors will always have parents copied on messages sent to them.  Since some families prefer to have their teens included in communication about their activities, we offer the teen email and phone fields as options. This is especially useful for Peer Ministers.

In particular, Peer Ministers in the past have requested that communication be done through text message. Occasionally, email is used but usually a text goes out pointing to the email message.

Peer Ministry is the overall group of teen leaders. Since no Peer Minister could do everything in our church (our teens are already busy!), we will encourage Peer Ministers to "specialize" in one or more areas. The Peer Ministers like to refer to these as "God Squads"! Which God Squads might you prefer?
Thank you for your time!
