Participating in the 2021 Florida Tiny House Festival is at your own risk. You agree Cacklebery Campground, the 2021 Florida Tiny House Festival (6th Annual), the United Tiny House Association, and/or representatives, staff and/or agents any of the before-mentioned CAN NOT be held liable or responsible in the event of loss or injury during your involvement in this event.

Set-up: Friday at 8AM - 8PM. Upon arrival you will be guided to your location and provided Vendor Passes.

During the event: ALL vehicles MUST BE REMOVED from the event area by 9AM on Saturday to avoid being towed by the property management company. (Due to liability issues, the property management company is VERY SERIOUS in this matter.)

Break-down: Starts after 5:00PM on Sunday and all vendor areas are asked to be completed within 5 hours after the end of the event on Sunday.

ALL vendors are required to remain until the end of the event at 5PM on Sunday, November 21, 2021. Note: $50.00 penalty fee for ANY vendor breaking down before 5PM on Sunday without prior approval and the risk of not being invited back to future events.

All vendor areas are asked to be in good taste and appropriate for families with young children. The organizers of the 2021 Florida Tiny House Festival® and approved members of the United Tiny House Association reserve the right to ask vendors to modify their display areas or to leave the event if there is an issue with a display area.

The 2021 Florida Tiny House Festival is a pet-friendly event. All pets must be kept on leash AT ALL TIMES or kenneled, even when in your vendor area, and cleaned up after. “Unfriendly” pets are asked to stay at home as fighting and aggressive pets (and pets not cleaned up after) will be removed from the event by local authorities.

All vendor booth spaces are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis based on when an application is received, reviewed, accepted, and paid for. Reservation is not guaranteed until payment is paid in full. Note: The event organizer reserves the right to decline any vendor submission at its sole discretion.

Four (4) passes to the 6th Florida Tiny House Festival are automatically included with each food vendor booth space paid for. (Additional passes for employees ONLY are available at the discount rates.)

This is a rain or shine event. Refunds for any cancellations made in less than 48 hours prior to the event, and event “no shows”, are at the sole discretion of the organizers of the 6th Annual Florida Tiny House Festival®.

Any and all video, electronic broadcasts, photos, blogs and any other type of recordings (live or pre-recorded) done during or about the event ARE NOT PERMITTED to be used to promote and/or advertise any other event(s) without the prior approval of the United Tiny House Association. This does not include promoting your attendance at this event and/or promoting your participation at the 2021 Florida Tiny House Festival (5th Annual).

NO OTHER events, workshops, and/or activities not directly organized by the United Tiny House Association, the Florida Tiny House Festival, and/or John & Fin Kernohan, and/or that are not specifically registered as a paid vendor for the 2021 Florida Tiny House Festival (6th Annual) are NOT allowed to be promoted, advertised, and/or announced verbally, electronically, and/or with any type of printed material on site at the 6th Annual Florida Tiny House Festival by any vendor, 3rd party, and/or individual(s), WITHOUT the prior written & signed permission of John Kernohan, Chairman of the United Tiny House Association.

Note: Food vendors MUST provide a $1,000,000 liability insurance & submit a current appropriate food permit for Volusia County, FL.prior to the event.
