LIT Application 2024
As a Leader-in-Training, you will be challenged to step into a new role at camp: the role of a servant-leader.  You will learn practical skills such as behavior management, child development, how to lead games and songs, how to be a part of a working community, and how to nurture your faith while serving others.

In the first week, you will grow together as an LIT community, learn many new skills from experienced staff members, and observe our staff in action. Then in the second week you will have opportunities to take more a of a leadership role with campers and working directly with a cabin group. The third week will increase your role even more! Each week will run Sunday-Friday and you will go home for the weekend in between sessions.  

Application is due by March 1.
