Description: Keynote speaker Kelly Matthews - Picky Eating and the Culture of Food. The afternoon will offer two tracks. One track includes a four hour breakout presented using USDA's new infant training materials. The second track includes expanding the reach of CACFP, and sessions on planning nutritious, cost effective and compliant menus with newly creditable foods, meat alternates, fresh produce, local and seasonal foods.
