If you enjoyed our previous canning and sourdough bread programs with Moonwise Herbs, then this one should be right up your alley too! Join herbalist, Linda Conroy, for this fun session. We will make and sample delicious fermented food and beverages that incorporate herbs into them. Samples and recipes will be provided for inspiration and further explorations at home. Examples include: herbal fermented soda, wild carrot Kraut, pickled burdock, and other surprises!
