An interactive, multigenerational hands-on workshop, participants connect with Adinkra, a pictographic linguistic system from the Gold Coast, to design individual or group textile projects of tote bags, banners, or upcycled apparel.

Using hand carved Adinkra stamps sourced from Ghana, West Africa, participants explore their inner child as they learn commonly used Adinkra symbols and their prophetic meaning while designing their own wearable art.
