Our family at Help Us, Help Them Dog Paw Rescue is beyond excited to hear that you are interested in coming on board to join our family of fosters. We can’t thank you enough for all of the support and for wanting to lend a helping paw to one of our furry friends. The following information is required so that we can assist you in the selection of your prospective foster buddy. This form, and consultation, with a Help Us, Help Them Dog Paw Rescue representative is designed to help us determine the best fit for your lifestyle.

We ask that our fosters commit to transporting their foster dog to any necessary vet visits, or future adoption events. If you are unable to, please reach out to the other fosters and ask for help. Help Us, Help Them Dog Paw Rescue provides all the food and supplies while the pet is in your care. Help Us, Help Them Dog Paw Rescue is responsible for all of the dog’s medical care while in our foster program.

If you decide to adopt your foster dog, there is a $350.00 Adoption Fee for large breed dogs and a $400.00 adoption fee for small breeds and puppies 5 months and younger. This helps us cover the spay/neuter of your new pet, current vaccinations and any previous medical care. A home check will be required. A binding contract will be required to adopt the dog.
