Prayer requests submitted through this form are forwarded to our Power of the Spirit Prayer Chain members and organizers of our monthly Healing Service.

The Healing Service is where the faithful come together and pray for those who are sick or in need of healing. Our Healing Service is not necessarily a service of curing, even though this does occur, but it does provide a nurturing and caring environment in which healing can happen. The greatest healing one can obtain is the reunion or reconciliation with God. When this occurs, one’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health is restored, and relationships are renewed.

We all face some sort of difficulties in our lives; no one is immune of any suffering or hardship. However, through the power of Jesus Christ we never have to endure such suffering or hardship alone. Therefore, our prayer ministers are focused on listening, loving, and praying for those who are in need and to be God’s instruments of healing in the world. Remember in the Letter of James (5:14–16a), he calls us to anoint the sick and to pray for one another so that we may all be healed.
