MCVS will be creating a project proposal for a campaign of events and activities which supports the involvement of persons with a disability in volunteering activities or active citizenship.

We are asking voluntary organisations to submit their Activity Ideas which can be part of the Inclusive Volunteering Campaign 2024.

We are open to activities which can involve persons with a disability in active citizenship. The activities can be of an artistic, educational, sport, animal welfare, environmental or commercial nature where persons with a disability are involved in service, performance, or active citizenship.

• MCVS is the responsible entity of the Inclusive Volunteering Campaign 2024. Any chosen activities for the campaign will be coordinated by MCVS. This will mean that voluntary organisations involved in the activities will only be required to organise their specific activity; Event coordination, logistical matters as well as costs will be covered by MCVS.
  
  
• Voluntary organisations or project coordinators are welcome to propose ideas for activities without committing themselves or a specific organisation to participate. MCVS is open to ideas and concepts for activities; coordination of the involved VOs or persons in a proposed activity can be coordinated at a later stage by MCVS.
  
  
• Voluntary organisations which have identified approximate costs for materials or services for a proposed activity may submit quotations or give an approximate outline of costs. Quotations may be payable to the VO or payable to third parties.
  
  
• Voluntary organisations which have identified potential partners or potential partner type for a proposed activity and require the support of MCVS for cross collaboration, may specify the requirement in their proposal.
  
  
• A voluntary organisation or project coordinator may submit multiple activity ideas. Different proposal of activities may vary in the extent of details. All Ideas are welcome.
• Those persons which wish to submit multiple ideas, are asked to submit a google form for each idea.
  
  
• Health & Disability Voluntary Organisations are being asked to identify and propose activities which will aid their members in active volunteering and active citizenship.
