Divine A Cappella Merchandise Pre-Order Form
Divine A Cappella is launching its new merch! This fundraiser will help us pay for arrangement and competition fees. We appreciate your support!

Since this is a pre-order form, we will only order merchandise that has been paid for. It is important that we receive your ONLINE payment within 48 hours of this form being submitted. If we do not receive your online payment within 48 hours of the submitted order, we will contact you via email. If we do not have your online or cash payment by May 1st @11:59PM, we cannot accept your order.

*If shipping needed outside of Corvallis, an additional fee of $8.45 will be charged. If your address is within Corvallis (Zip code of 97330, 97331, 97333), it can be safely delivered by a member at your convenience.*

Once your order and payment is received and processed, we will send you a receipt to confirm your order and payment as well as a timeline of when you can expect your merch. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at osudivine03@gmail.com

Lastly, if you do not wish to buy merch, but would still like to support Divine, there will be a section at the very bottom of this form if you would like to donate!
