Thank you for joining our CHC BIBLE BOWL! This is to encourage Bible knowledge, fellowship, fun, and growth faith. Here are the rules for participating:
3 Divisions:
Primary 1 (6-7 yrs) and Primary 2 (ages 8-9 yrs)
Juniors/Earliteen (ages 10-13 yrs) and Youth (14-17 yrs)
Young Adult (18+) and Adults
Teams:
1. A team has to have 6 people. Competition will have 5 playing with 6th person rotating/alternate
2. At least 2 people from other ages group in the same division to be in the team. For example, if forming a Young Adult and Adult team, 2 out of the 6 either have to be an Adult or from a Young Adult age group. Your team cannot be all Young Adults or all Adults.
3. Choose a team captain, whom will be the main contact person.
4. A team will keep same members throughout the entire series of competitions.
5. Team members do not all have to be a CHC member. Invite friends and family to participate
6. During the competition, there will be 5 players with the 6th rotating or as an alternate if missing a team member.
7. Choose a team name
The Competition:
1. All members need to study and memorize Bible facts from the assigned reading.
2. The Team must be present during the Bible sessions to play or will forfeit the placement
3. During the competition, specific questions will be directed to a specific individual in your team to answer.
When are Competitions?
Bible Competitions are after Family Vespers/Dinner @ 6:30 pm
1. Feb. 18th (study Genesis 1-24 chapters)
2. April 15th
3. July 15th
