Return to School 2020 Survey
Dear Parents and Caregivers,

We hope you are all safe, healthy, and enjoying the start of summer.  Although this challenging school year has just come to an end, the Putnam Valley Central School District is closely focused on our future restart of schools in September.  Our Re-entry Task Force is preparing for multiple models of school instruction as we await further guidance from the New York State Health Department and the New York State Department of Education.  Many factors are important to consider when we reopen schools.  In order to best prepare for the 2020-21 school year, we would like to gather your thoughts and concerns so that we can work together to ensure a safe and successful reopening.  

Please complete the Return to School 2020 Survey below.  We understand that the age and grade level of each child has a significant effect on your response. Please feel free to complete the survey for each child in your household, which means you can complete this survey more than once.
