A2MQG Membership Form - 2024

Please complete and submit this form in order to join or renew membership in the Ann Arbor Modern Quilt Guild for the period of January-December 2024. Membership will not be complete until we have also received payment.

Membership dues are $45 per calendar year payable via PayPal or by check made payable to the Ann Arbor Modern Quilt Guild. We do not accept cash for membership payment. [Note: if you want to pay by credit card and do not have a PayPal account, you will need to contact the treasurer and ask for an invoice.]

The Guild no longer has discounted rates for paying by check - it is the same fee whether you pay by PayPal or check.

Membership in the Guild gives you the following privileges: voting, membership card, attendance at member-only events such as sew-ins, retreats, meetings, classes, shows, etc. We recommend you read the Guild By-Laws (http://www.a2mqg.org/p/a2mqg-bylaws.html) to get familiar with our organization.
