For instance, your previous writings.

Will you need financial assistance to participate? Please explain
Thanks to our institutional sponsors (RiVAL: The ReImagining Value Action Lab, Free University of Berlin and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation) we can provide accommodation and breakfast and lunch for five days to all selected participants. Costs including travel to and from Berlin must be covered by the participant themselves. However, we also are working to secure a small fund to assist participants with some additional costs (up to €500). Here, please specify if there are additional costs you would like us to consider. To the extent it is possible, let us know how pivotal the funding would be to allowing you to participate.  Please note that all additional costs will be reimbursed after the event, which may take some time due to factors over which we have no control (namely: university financial bureaucracies during the summer months).
Are there other things you would need in order to be able to fully participate?
For example, please let us know how we might be able to accommodate disability, how we can ensure a safe and welcoming space, or if you plan to travel with family or have other requirements. We cannot guarantee to be able to meet these requests, but we will make every reasonable effort to do so.
