Individual Promo Code Request & Mailing List Sign up
Thank you for your interest in attending one or more of our social events at MISCHIEF MANOR. Before you receive a "PROMO CODE" you will be properly vetted (our vetting policy is listed on our website). Promo codes are needed to complete the ticketing process. Once vetted you will receive an email with YOUR INDIVIDUAL PROMO CODE which will allow you to purchase tickets for all vetted events. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT SHARE YOUR PROMO CODE WITH ANYONE ELSE. Each event is limited to 35-40 attendees, so please make sure you are available to attend the events and inform us of any changes, if necessary. Ticket refunds are available up to 3 days prior to any event, you can log back into your ticket and refund yourself. Refunds closer to the event date will be considered on a case by case basis and only if you cancel prior to the event itself. This code will be yours and yours alone when purchasing tickets to vetted events on Forbidden Tickets (our current ticket hub). CODE RULES:
1. DO NOT SHARE your code with anyone.
2. You must submit your legal name, scene name, email address, & mobile phone number to receive your code (all required for this form).
3. Your code will be de-activated if you violate any of our rules, if you are a consistent "purchased ticket no-show", or if you have been inactive for more than 6 months.
4. You will be added to our mailing list.
5. Each code will allow you to purchase up to TWO tickets. If you are bringing a guest that has not been individually vetted, then you must be able to vouch for them. Please make sure they review our rules, their behavior will be your responsibility until they are vetted for their own code.
6. Check your email for your PROMO CODE, use this PROMO CODE for this and all future events (classes do not need codes) and you will never have to fill out this form again, we hope! Please allow 24-72 hours to receive your code.
