(TFL) Transport for London COVID-19 Touchpoint Investigation: University  of Sussex Product Design BSc (Complete questionnaire for a chance to win a £20 Amazon voucher)
The aim of this study is to understand the standard routines of passengers using TFL. We want to better understand touch-points and hand sanitising routines of transport users in London. It is important that this study is completed by a diverse group of people to get a robust sample. Please answer honestly and provide more information, if you can, where indicated.

Once the questionnaire has been completed, I will be using your responses as well as the responses of others to create an aggregate view.  This will allow me to propose some design solutions that may make tube travel better. If you have any questions regarding the research and its purpose, please let me know via email.

I will initially ask a set of questions to better understand who you are. You will then be asked a set of questions regarding your experiences with public transport and specific questions regarding your experience with TFL public transport. Please remember that this is not a test. I am simply gathering primary research data. Your responses will not be attributed to you.

You are welcome to withdraw from the study at any time. Please be assured that any data collected will be stored securely and in an anonymous form.

On average the questionnaire takes around 5 minutes to complete.
