Perception of discrimination LIVES 2023

Towards a diverse and inclusive society : a survey of perceptions of workplace discrimination

Workplace discrimination is a worldwide challenge which is why we intend to study it. In previous international studies, gender discrimination within health care professions has been studied, but few studies have taken a broader view of different grounds for discrimination.

 

We would like to invite you, as an attendee of ESICM LIVES 2023 to participate in our survey. Participation in this survey is voluntary. All responses are anonymous and the results will only be presented on an aggregate level so that no individual responses can be read out.

 

The survey takes place via a secure web platform and all participants will be given a randomly generated study ID which we will then use for the data analysis. No personal data will be collected. The questionnaire is expected to take less then 5 minutes to complete.
