Climate: Knowledge Into Action Training
Cascade this Carbon Literacy Project Accredited Training out across your communities to help members with all they need to know about climate change and what they can do about it. This course covers key facilitation skills for working with groups, essential climate knowledge, and a process for guiding your participants toward actionable climate commitments.
Our ‘Climate: Knowledge into Action’ course is delivered across 4 modules: 1 - Climate Science & Justice, 2 - Causes & Impacts, 3 – Adaptation & Action, 4 – Communicating Climate Change.
We will also be covering and putting into practice essential facilitation skills necessary to deliver the course in your communities.
The information you share here will enable us to tailor what we're offering and to try to meet your learning needs as closely as possible. This information will only be shared with your course facilitator and Scottish Communities Climate Action Network.
We will be running the next Climate: Knowledge Into Action Facilitator Training in-person in Glasgow across:
- 27th/ 28th of February 2024 and the 6th/7th of March (all 9:30am - 2pm)

Rates for SCCAN members are £45 (organisation) and £25 for individuals. Please get in touch if price is a barrier to participation as there will also be some concessionary tickets available. It is free of charge to sign up to become a SCCAN member.
