Formerly Koonung Cottage, Blackburn North Neighbourhood House offers a range of activities and services to strengthen our community and provide opportunities to socialise, learn, connect and volunteer as well as supporting families with our Childcare program, offering opportunities for individuals and groups to hire spaces and providing a free food pantry and community library.
