I support the Opelousas General Health System Foundation Healthy St. Landry initiative and its vision to create an alliance of community partners who will engage, empower, and educate St. Landry parish residents for an improved and sustained quality of life. Through this initiative, I will take the steps toward creating a culture of health and well-being in our community.

Being a Healthy St. Landry partner means I will actively work towards achieving the goals of the Healthy St. Landry strategic plan to:

Improve St. Landry's Community Health Ranking
Increase the community's knowledge, awareness and capacity to improve health outcomes
