Tournament Date: Monday July 11th 2022

Registration Deadline: Wednesday July 6th 2022 (Payment must be received by this date)

Location: Ironwood Golf Club, Exeter ON

Time: Tee times will start at 12:30 pm and will be sent out via email on Friday July 8th.

If you have more than one child participating please fill out and submit this form for each child. One payment can be submitted if you have multiple children participating.

Players can qualify for the 2022 Midwestern Ontario District tournament. It is scheduled for August 2nd 2022 at St. Mary's Golf and Country Club.

Cancellation Policy - Any cancellation prior to Wednesday July 6th will result in a full refund. Participants who cancel on or after Wednesday July 6th will not be refunded. *
