Entrepreneurial Team Building - Event Application Form (Global Frontier Network@NUCB Business School)
An entrepreneurial mindset, with the cohesiveness of a team, is essential to bring forth and create changes, whether you are leading a new project or a new organization. Such an entrepreneurial journey can find its roots at various stages, whether it is from scratch or taking an existing team to the next level. While there is no one-stop solution to building and developing an entrepreneurial team, we can certainly draw inspiration from an impactful case study.
A new startup, ElevEight Tech Inc., was officially incorporated following their participation in the final round of the Japan Business Model Competition, bringing to life their team project. Developing two services, FEMDP & Flash, we will explore their entrepreneurial journey of building their team, growing from a competition to an actual startup while wading through social and cultural challenges.
