Event Info:
The Monthly Smashdown Series is a Smash Bros Ultimate tournament that generally takes place on the 2nd Thursday of each month at Jefferson College, hosted by the gaming club. Scheduled dates can be found on jeffco.edu/LOG.

Tournament Start Time: 5:30 PM
$5 Entry Fee (for competitors) - CASH ONLY

Tournament Rules:
MATCHES (1v1)
Double elimination • 3 Stock • 7 Minutes
No Items • No Spirits • No Final Smash Meter
Matches are best 2 out of 3 (Final match is 3 of 5)

STAGES
Starter Stages: Battlefield, Final Destination, Pokemon Stadium 2, Smashville, Small Battlefield
Counterpick Stages:
Lylat Cruise, Kalos Pokemon League, Town & City, Yoshi’s Story
Selection process:
First stage: P1 bans two stages, P2 bans two stages. P1 bans one stage.
Second/Third Stages: Winner bans 3 stages. Loser picks from remaining stages.  No DSR (you may return to any previously-played stage in the set).

Jefferson College COVID Restrictions:  Masks are no longer required but highly encouraged for those who are unvaccinated.  Our stations will have 3 feet of spacing for social distancing.
Please consider bringing a TV and/or Switch for a discount!  Bringing your own controller/GC adapter is also highly encouraged.
