Hello Launch Families,
Thank you to all of our families for all of your support, dedication and collaboration this school year.
This form is for all our current 6th, 7th grade and MS families. We are currently in the process of re-confirming seats for our 2022-23 school year. With the end of the school year rapidly approaching, planning is already underway. This is an exciting time of year when we celebrate the achievements that Launch students have made throughout the year.
In order to secure your child's seat for the upcoming 2022-23 school year, all families MUST complete this re-enrollment form by end of day, Friday, May 6th, 2022. It is required that parents notify the school of their intent to re-enroll their child for the upcoming school year. Your child’s enrollment for the 2022-23 school year is not guaranteed without a completed and returned Re-Enrollment Form.
