๐บPlease be very
concise when you send me a description of your commission. This includes the characterโs
appearance, color schemes, posing, personality, etc. When I send you an email after youโve completed the form, please send me photo references. References of the character would be preferred, but if you donโt have references of the character yet, then send me other references and a detailed description that I could work off of.
๐บAfter I have accepted your form, I will send you an email and an
invoice of $15 for the thumbnail sketches. It goes towards the time and work I put on the rough concept sketches before the official piece. Once you have picked the sketch you like most, then I will send an invoice of the full amount and then proceed to work on your commission. Unless it is an illustration commission, then I will have you pay
$200 upfront as a NONREFUNDABLE security deposit. More information on my commission tiers and how they work are on the next slide.
๐บIf something comes up on my end like a personal/family emergency, and I am not able to finish the commission but some progress has been made, then I will provide a full refund. Otherwise- if you decide to cancel the commission after payment has been made
AND I have already made progress on your piece, then I will NOT be providing a refund.
๐บMy main subject matter is character design/character art. This includes fan art and original characters. I draw mostly humanoids, anthros, and creature design. I donโt usually draw mech or robots, however I can make exceptions and challenge myself.
๐บTasteful NSFW art is okay, but I won't draw anything super pornagraphic. This would include suggestive themes and artful nudity. If this seems unclear, please don't hesitate to ask me.ย

๐บPlease keep in mind that I work 3 days a week and I am currently writing a comic book. The latest your piece will get done will take up to two weeks or more after we have settled on a thumbnail sketch. Illustration pages may take longer depending on how complex it may be, unless there is a deadline. We can discuss specifics once I get to your commission. Please be patient, and if I take longer than 2 weeks to finish your piece, then you are very welcome to remind me. Be in mind also that there may be commissions being taken before yours. I usually take commissions 3 slots at a time, and I will have the ones in priority listed at the top of the page as well as an estimated turn around time. I will send you an email as soon as I am able.
๐บBecause I work digitally, the finished piece will be emailed to you in a .PNG file. However, if you are interested in having a print of your piece mailed to your address, please let me know after I have contacted you once the form is complete. We can discuss sizes, shipping payment, etc.
