Broadway BID Exploration Needs Assessment
Community League of the Heights (CLOTH) along with local stakeholders (non-profits, merchants, residents) are in the exploratory phase of forming a Business Improvement District (BID) along Broadway between 155th Street & 178th Street, extending to 168th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam.

A Business Improvement District (BID) is a geographical area where local stakeholders oversee and fund the maintenance, improvement, and promotion of their commercial district. Over the next several months, through in person visits, public engagements and this needs assessment we will get your feedback on the proposed BID. Your input is a vital component of our success.
